Pay It Forward

Surely we need to start thinking about regulating party funding. Redefining what 'conflict of interest' means in regards to receiving funding from corporations and organisations who have a clear political agenda. Clive Palmer- the CEO of Resourcehouse Limited with a clear vested interst and political agenda was able to create and head a party, whos members now sit in the senate, calling the shots on behalf of a nation. I've posted the party funding available on the AEC website. The parties must decalre their donation funding and make it available to the public, but the results are pretty well hidden in the AEC site. How would they expect an unengaged voter to find out this information? They don't. Furthermore, the regulations have to be put in place by the public sector; the government, and how do we to regulate the regulators?
